Where It All Began
After more than a decade working in various areas of law, Renee Roumanos saw a gap in the industry: legal services were often cold, confusing, and detached from the real people they were meant to serve. Clients didn’t just need answers—they needed guidance, empathy, and someone who would stand beside them, not above them.
With a deep desire to “do law differently,” Renee launched her boutique firm in South-West Sydney. Armed with big dreams, a young child on her hip, and an unshakable belief in people-first lawyering, she set out to build something meaningful.
